BEIRUT, April 20, 2026 (WAFA) - Lebanon’s Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Grand Serail announced on Monday that the number of people killed as a result of the Israeli aggression has risen to 2,387, while the number of injured has reached 7,602.
In its daily report, the unit added that the total number of displaced persons in shelter centers has reached 117,421, while the total number of displaced families in these centers stands at 30,431.
