RAMALLAH, September 13, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Saturday evening carried out large-scale military incursions targeting several villages and towns in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate.
The head of the al-Mughayyir village council, Amin Abu Aliya, told WAFA that an Israeli army force stormed the village, firing sound bombs and tear gas, though no injuries or arrests were reported.
Security sources confirmed that Israeli forces stormed the town of Beitunia, raided a commercial store, seized surveillance camera footage, and closed off the area between the schools and fruit squares.
During the incursion, snipers also occupied the rooftops of several buildings.
Israeli forces raided the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, and the village of Kafr Ni'ma, west of Ramallah, without reports of detentions or property damage.
Additionally, Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the villages of Shuqba and Shibtin, west of Ramallah, stopping vehicles and checking their IDs.
