GAZA, September 13, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 45 Palestinian civilians, including 29 from Gaza City, were killed on Saturday by Israeli gunfire and ongoing shelling across different areas in the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
According to the sources, today's death toll was as follows: 24 were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital, eight to the Ahli Arab (Baptist) Hospital, five to Al-Awda Hospital, one to Al-Aqsa Hospital, four to Nasser Hospital, and three to the Palestine Red Crescent Hospital.
Nasser Hospital had previously announced the deaths of two Palestinians who were seeking aid by Israeli forces' fire near aid centers north of Rafah.
Additionally, five more Palestinians were killed after the occupation targeted a group of civilians in the Al-Karama area, northwest of Gaza City.
The occupation forces destroyed the Al-Nour Tower in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
On Friday alone, 70 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip, bringing the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023, to 64,803 fatalities and 164,264 wounded.
