GAZA, September 11, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 72 Palestinians were killed and 356 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to medical sources.
They confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 64,718 fatalities, with an additional 163,859 people sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.
Meanwhile, nine aid-seekers were killed and 87 others were injuries and were taken at hospitals in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number to 2,465 and more than 17,948 injuries due to the targeting of queues and aid distribution areas.
Hospitals also recorded seven additional deaths from starvation and severe malnutrition in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of starvation-related fatalities in the region to 411, including 142 children.
Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities.
Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
