JERUSALEM, September 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Confrontations erupted on Wednesday between Palestinian residents and Israeli occupation forces in the town of Biddu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources.
Sources reported that violent confrontations erupted following an Israeli military raid on the town, during which soldiers fired live ammunition and rubber-coated metal bullets, and launched a heavy barrage of tear gas and stun grenades at Palestinian youths. However, no injuries or detentions were reported.
The occupation forces also closed the road connecting Biddu and Beit Surik, blocking the movement of citizens between the two towns.
