JERUSALEM, September 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, on Tuesday and took measurements of a home belonging to the family of Palestinian resident Mohammed Taha, in preparation for its demolition.
Local sources said that the occupation forces handed the Taha family a demolition order stating the house would be blown up. The soldiers then measured two floors of the building.
They noted that the family has already begun emptying the belongings of the house.
Occupation forces continued their raids on the towns of Qatanna, al-Qubayba, and Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem, where confrontations erupted. Soldiers fired live ammunition, tear gas, and sound bombs at Palestinian residents, while raiding and searching several homes.
