GAZA, September 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli airstrikes on multiple areas of Gaza since early Sunday morning have left a number of civilians killed and injured, including children, with Gaza City in particular enduring another wave of heavy bombardment targeting residential buildings.

According to medical sources cited by WAFA correspondents, two children were killed and several others injured when an Israeli airstrike hit a tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.

In another incident, four civilians lost their lives and others were wounded following a strike on an apartment in the Al-Ghazali building in Sheikh Radwan, a neighborhood located northwest of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, at least eight people were killed and several others injured after Israeli warplanes targeted Al-Farabi School, which was being used as a shelter for displaced families near Yarmouk Stadium in central Gaza City.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,368 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 162,367 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
