GAZA, September 6, 2025 (WAFA) – At least eight Palestinians were killed, including a mother and her daughter, and others wounded on Saturday evening as Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes across various parts of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources confirmed that Fida Kamal Al-Lawh and her daughter Batoul were killed when Israeli forces bombed a displaced people' tent west of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza.
Three more Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli occupation forces opened fire and shelled a group of civilians waiting for aid in the Zikim area, north of the Gaza Strip.
Another civilian was killed by Israeli drone fire on Al-Jalaa Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in northern Gaza City.
Two more Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting the home of the Murtaja family in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
In addition, Israeli forces detonated several residential buildings east of the Sheikh Radwan pond area, north of Gaza City.
According to medical sources, at least 62 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip since dawn Saturday.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,368 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 162,367 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
