GAZA, September 6, 2025 (WAFA) – Six Palestinians were killed and others wounded on Saturday as Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple airstrikes targeting civilians and tents sheltering displaced families in Gaza City and Khan Younis.
According to local sources, an Israeli drone strike on Al-Yarmouk Street in Gaza City, killing two people and injuring several others.
In another attack, a drone targeted a group of Palestinians in the Al-Amal neighborhood, northwest of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, resulting in two additional fatalities.
Two more Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces bombed a tent housing displaced members of the Abu Mashayekh family in the Al-Mawasi area, southwest of Khan Younis.
The sources also reported that Israeli forces shelled three homes belonging to the Al-Dayeh, Abu Dalal, and Al-Ja’al families in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,368 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 162,367 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
