79 Palestinians killed in Gaza in the last 24 hours amid ongoing Israeli airstrikes

GAZA, September 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources confirmed that 79 Palestinians, including 16 aid seekers, were killed in the last 24 hours, up until midnight, amid ongoing Israeli airstrikes and military operations across the Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes have continued their air raids on several parts of Gaza, including an attack east of Hamad Towers in northern Khan Yunis. Airstrikes also targeted tents sheltering displaced persons near the Italian Tower in the Al-Nasr neighborhood of Gaza City.

Additionally, a residential home belonging to the Habib family in the Al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City was struck, resulting in multiple casualties.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 63,557, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. Over 160,660 others have also been injured.

These figures remain incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble or scattered on streets inaccessible to rescue and medical teams.
