GAZA, August 31, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army continued its campaign of mass killing across the Gaza Strip over the last few hours, leaving dozens killed and injured while intensifying home demolitions using explosive robots in the neighborhoods of al-Zaytoun and al-Sabra.

Medical sources reported fatalities and injuries following airstrikes on displaced people's tents near Al-Maqousi Towers in northern Gaza City. Meantime, two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a home belonging to the Dabbour family east of Sheikh Radwan neighborhood northwest of Gaza City.

Israeli occupation forces also detonated four explosive robots against civilian homes in al-Zaytoun neighborhood, while al-Sabra neighborhood continued to be targeted in an effort to force residents to flee southward.

In central Gaza, a man was killed in an airstrike in the al-Baraka area of Deir al-Balah. Two Palestinians were further killed and others injured while waiting for aid near northern Rafah. 

In Khan Younis, one Palestinian sustained serious injuries from Israeli gunfire targeting displaced people's tents in the Asda area of al-Mawasi. Several people remain missing under rubble, alongside others unaccounted for following yesterday's attacks on aid recipients near the Wadi Gaza bridge in central Gaza.

Yesterday alone, more than 80 Palestinians were killed, including over 45 in Gaza City, due to the escalating Israeli genocide.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 63,371 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 159,835 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
