76 Palestinians killed since dawn amid nonstop Israeli bombardment and airstrikes across Gaza

GAZA, August 30, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 76 Palestinians were killed and dozens of others wounded on Saturday as Israeli occupation forces continued their relentless bombardment of the Gaza Strip, carrying out large-scale demolitions in several neighborhoods including al-Zaytoun and Sheikh Radwan in Gaza City.

Medical sources reported that 38 bodies were transferred to al-Shifa Medical Complex, two to the Sheikh Radwan clinic, seven to al-Ahli Arab Hospital, nine to al-Awda Hospital, five to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, and 15 to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.

In one of the latest massacres, four Palestinians were killed and others injured while waiting for aid in the al-Sudaniya area in northern Gaza. Their bodies were taken to al-Shifa Medical Complex. Another four were killed when Israeli warplanes struck a café in the Al-Shati refugee camp, West of Gaza City, while one man was killed in an airstrike that hit an apartment in al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Earlier in the day, 12 Palestinians, including six children, were killed in two separate airstrikes targeting a tent shelter and a popular bakery west of Gaza City. Seven others were killed when Israeli forces bombed a residential building in al-Rimal neighborhood.

Israeli drones also dropped bombs on al-Sabra and al-Zaytoun neighborhoods, injuring several civilians. Two people were killed in Jabalia al-Nazla, northern Gaza, when Israeli fire hit civilians near Halima al-Saadia School, which shelters displaced families.

In al-Karama neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City, a woman and her child were killed when their home was struck by Israeli shelling, while another man was killed in an airstrike on an apartment in al-Shawwa and Husari Tower on al-Wahda Street. In al-Nassr neighborhood, an Israeli strike killed 12 people, including women and children, in an area overcrowded with displaced families.

Meantime, a woman was killed in an artillery strike in the al-Zarqa area of al-Tuffah neighborhood, while four more were killed in a strike on a gathering of people in al-Zaytoun neighborhood and another man in al-Sabra. A young girl was also killed in a drone attack that struck civilians outside a pharmacy on al-Yarmouk Street.

In central Gaza, one man was killed in a strike at the entrance of Deir al-Balah on Salah al-Din Street, while five others waiting for aid were killed at al-Shaheed Junction. Another was killed in a strike on al-Bureij refugee camp.

In southern Gaza, a woman was killed west of Khan Younis, and five others were killed by Israeli fire near aid distribution centers in Rafah and Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out widespread demolitions in central and northern Khan Younis, as Israeli naval vessels shelled Gaza’s coastline.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 63,371 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 159,835 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
