GAZA, August 23, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 19 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured at dawn on Saturday when the Israeli occupation forces bombed tents for displaced people in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and a house in the Maghazi refugee camp, central Gaza, according to local sources.

Israeli artillery shelled tents for displaced people in the Asdaa area, northwest of Khan Yunis, killing 17 people, including six children and an infant, and wounding others.

An Israeli drone struck a house in the Maghazi refugee camp, central Gaza, killing two Palestinians and wounding others.

Al-Awda Hospital said that a number of citizens were injured when Israeli drones targeted an apartment in the Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza.

Two Palestinians were killed and 26 were injured in the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' shelling of civilian gatherings at aid distribution points south of Wadi Gaza. Nine of the wounded were transferred to Al-Aqsa Hospital for further treatment.
