RAMALLAH, August 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, on Thursday morning.
Amin Abu Alia, head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, told WAFA that an Israeli army force stormed the village, during which they fired sound bombs. However no injuries were reported.
Abu Alia added that the occupation forces closed shops, imposed a curfew in the village, sealed off its entrance, and declared it a closed military zone. Meanwhile, dozens of colonists gathered at the village entrance.
He further noted that al-Mughayir has been subjected to repeated attacks by both Israeli forces and colonists, including incidents where residents received threatening phone calls and text messages from colonists.
