RAMALLAH, August 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces sealed off the entrances and exits to the village of al-Mughayyir and the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, on Thursday.
Marzouq Abu Na'im, deputy head of the al-Mughayyir village council, told WAFA in a phone call that the occupation forces closed the eastern entrance to the village and set up a checkpoint at the western entrance, preventing residents from entering or leaving.
He added that a group of Israeli colonists gathered around the village, under the protection by occupation forces.
Israeli troops also closed the entrances and exits to the town of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah.
