TUBAS, August 19, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a petition to halt the demolition of a Palestinian home in Ras al-Ahmar, southeast of Tubas.
The official in charge of the Jordan Valley file in the Tubas Governorate, Moataz Basharat, told WAFA that the Israeli Supreme Court rejected the petition that was submitted to halt the demolition of the home belonging to Faeq Abdullah Hussein Basharat.
He added that the Israeli court gave him ten days, after which the occupation authorities will proceed with the demolition.
