GAZA, August 16, 2025 (WAFA) – Three citizens were killed and others injured on Saturday evening in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli drone targeted a gathering of civilians in the Asqoula area of Al-Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza City, killing two and injuring several others.

Additionally, one citizen was killed and three others injured after the occupation targeted a home on Al-Zarqa Street, east of the city.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have been carrying out a relentless aggression on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 61,897 civilians, mostly children and women, and injuring 155,660 others.

This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
