JORDAN VALLEY, August 10, 2025 (WAFA) – The so-called Israeli “Colonial Council” stormed the Al-Mayta area in the northern Jordan Valley on Sunday evening and began photographing Palestinian citizens’ homes.

Local sources reported that the “Colonial Council” staff raided an area belonging to the Al-Maleh community and started photographing the homes, at a time when the area is subjected to near-daily raids and attacks by colonists.

The northern Jordan Valley area is frequently subjected to attacks by colonists, including assaulting residents and their homes, stealing and destroying property, and pursuing and attacking shepherds and their livestock in the grazing lands.

Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.

The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned.

Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
