JERUSALEM, August 4, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished on Monday four Palestinian structures in the town of al-Judeira, north of occupied Jerusalem, according to the Jerusalem Governorate.
It said that the demolitions included a two-story house, a park, a wooden shack, and boundary fences, as part of systematic policy to erase the Palestinian presence in the area.
All the structures were demolished under the pretext that they were built without a construction permit.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces issued demolition notices targeting three residential buildings in the town of Qalandia, northwest of Jerusalem.
According to local sources, Israeli municipality crews, accompanied by a military force, stormed the eastern part of the town and delivered notices to residents of three buildings containing approximately 12 apartments, under the pretext of lacking a permit.
Such moves come amid a wider demolition campaign by Israeli authorities, which has affected homes and structures in Silwan, Al-Issawiya, east of Jericho, Al-Eizariya, and Rafat.
Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces assaulted several journalists in the town of al-Judeira and caused a fire in the town of Rafat, north of Jerusalem.
