Five Palestinians killed and others injured in renewed Israeli shelling across Gaza Strip

GAZA, July 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Five Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Wednesday as Israeli occupation forces resumed their shelling of various areas in the Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that one man was killed and two others wounded when Israeli forces shelled a tent sheltering displaced families on the outskirts of Khan Yunis, south of Gaza.

Another Palestinian civilian was killed and dozens injured after Israeli drone strikes targeted a group of civilians in Feras Market in central Gaza City.

Medical sources told WAFA correspondent that young man Baraa Al-Zubaida succumbed to wounds sustained days earlier in an Israeli strike that targeted a house in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.

At least one civilian was killed and several others injured after Israeli forces shelled aid seekers near the Al-Sikka and Batn Al-Samin areas in southern Khan Yunis.

Dozens more were wounded, some critically, after an Israeli strike targeted a house in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, near Sheikh Radwan Clinic, in northern Gaza City.
