JENIN, July 18, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teenager succumbed to wounds he sustained earlier this evening after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Ya’bad, south of Jenin, according to local sources.
Sources reported that Israeli forces fired live bullets at the teenager, who was identified as 13-year-old Amro Ali Khaled Qabaha, while he was present on one of the town’s streets.
Sources confirmed that Israeli soldiers prevented ambulances from reaching him to provide medical treatment.
The teen’s father tried to reach him, but the Israeli army violently beat and detained him before the ambulance was able to reach and transfer the teen to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Sources noted that the occupation closed the main entrance of Ya’bad town with concrete blocks.
