Tulkarm, July 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces assaulted a Palestinian citizen on Monday morning while searching his vehicle, and robbed him during a raid on the town of Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm.
Local sources told WAFA that during their raid into the town, the occupation forces set up a flying checkpoint in the area of the Fatima Mosque, on the street between Kafr al-Labad and Shufa, and obstructed and searched vehicles.
The sources added that the search included a vehicle belonging to a Palestinian youth transporting vegetables.
The soldiers assaulted him, stole a sum of money from him, and then forced him at gunpoint to enter the trunk of the vehicle and locked him in there.
Residents later intervened and were able to get the Palestinian youth out, who is from the Dhnaba suburb, amid widespread local condemnation of this humiliating act by the occupation forces.
This incident comes as a part of repeated attacks carried out by the occupation forces against civilians in Tulkarm, which include arbitrary raids and searches, and systematic physical and psychological assaults.
