JORDAN VALLEY, June 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Thursday closed the Tayasir and al-Hamra military checkpoints in the northern Jordan Valley, local sources reported.

The closure of these checkpoints has restricted civilian movement, in line with the collective punishment measures implemented by the Israeli forces against Palestinians in the West Bank.

These checkpoints serve as barriers, separating the Palestinian Jordan Valley from the northern West Bank governorates.
