JENIN, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teenager was shot and killed on Wednesday evening by Israeli forces in the town of Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin, according to local sources.
Sources said that Rayan Tamer Hoshiyah, 15, was shot directly by Israeli forces during a military raid on the town. He was transferred to the Al-Yamoun Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Israeli forces raided the town earlier in the evening, deploying infantry units in the streets and on rooftops, and firing live ammunition at residents.
With the killing of Hoshiyah, the number of Palestinians killed in Jenin governorate since the beginning of the Israeli onslaught on Jenin city and refugee camp on January 21 has risen to 39.
