GAZA, June 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Eight Palestinian civilians were injured on Saturday evening when Israeli forces targeted a group of people waiting for humanitarian aid along Salah al-Din Street, south of the Wadi Gaza area in central Gaza.
According to WAFA correspondent, the injured were transported to Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp for treatment.
Medical sources in Gaza have reported that since the establishment of the current U.S.-Israeli food aid distribution centers, more than 450 Palestinians waiting for assistance have been killed and over 3,466 injured as a result of Israeli attacks.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 55,908 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 131,138 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
