New internet and landline service outage reported in Gaza and North Gaza

RAMALLAH, June 21, 2025 (WAFA) – The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority announced today a new disruption in internet and landline services affecting the governorates of Gaza and North Gaza, amid an ongoing service outage in the southern and central areas of the Gaza Strip that has lasted for more than three days.

According to the Authority, technical teams from the telecommunications company are making significant efforts to restore services as quickly as possible. However, the repeated targeting of key infrastructure and main network routes in several areas is severely hampering repair operations and obstructing the continuity of services to the public.

The Authority emphasized that it is closely monitoring developments and reaffirmed its full commitment to coordinating with all relevant parties to restore services.

It also stressed the importance of ensuring citizens' right to access communication, especially under the dire humanitarian conditions currently prevailing in the Gaza Strip.
