GAZA, June 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinian civilians were killed and several others were injured today in an Israeli airstrike targeting a group of people near the Gaza Eye Hospital intersection in central Gaza City.

According to medical sources, a total of 48 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip since early dawn today.

The ongoing aggression has resulted in a humanitarian catastrophe, with approximately 186,000 Palestinians killed or injured, mostly women and children. More than 11,000 others remain missing, and hundreds of thousands have been displaced.

Worsening famine conditions have led to additional loss of life, including among a significant number of children.
