RAMALLAH, June 20, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of early-morning raids today targeting several villages in the Ramallah district of the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.
The sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the towns of Abwein, Arura, and Mazra'a Al-Nubani to the northwest of Ramallah, as well as Deir Dibwan to the east. During the raids, soldiers broke into a number of homes—six in one of the villages alone—conducting intensive searches and questioning residents.
In the village of Arura, Israeli troops reportedly left behind a flyer containing threatening language, which was placed on a civilian vehicle in an apparent attempt to intimidate local residents.
According to the same sources, Israeli soldiers conducted field interrogations with the homeowners whose properties were raided. No detentions were reported at the time of publication.
