JENIN, June 14, 2025 (WAFA) — A young Palestinian man was injured on Saturday evening after being assaulted by Israeli occupation soldiers at the Al-Jalama military checkpoint, north of Jenin.

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, its medical teams received the injured youth at the checkpoint after he was severely beaten by Israeli soldiers. He was transferred to a hospital for treatment. 

Earlier in the day, another young man was shot in the hand with live ammunition during an Israeli military raid on the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.
