GAZA, June 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Two civilians were killed and several others were injured on Sunday in Israeli airstrikes targeting Khan Yunis and Deir al-Balah in the southern and central Gaza Strip.
In Khan Yunis, one civilian was killed and others were injured after Israeli warplanes bombed tents sheltering displaced families in the al-Mawasi area.
Two others were injured in a drone strike in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, where Israeli aircraft continue to fly at low altitude and drop flares over the city.
Meanwhile, in Deir al-Balah, one civilian was killed and another was critically wounded in an Israeli airstrike on the al-Baraka area, south of the city.
