JENIN, June 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth was injured on Saturday after being severely beaten by Israeli occupation soldiers in the city of Jenin.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society said its teams transported the youth after he was assaulted by Israeli soldiers in the Khillet al-Souha neighborhood near Jenin refugee camp. His condition was described as stable.
Earlier, an Israeli infantry unit raided a building in Khillet al-Souha and took over its rooftop, while another unit was deployed around Jenin Governmental Hospital.
Israeli forces have continued their aggression on Jenin and its refugee camp for the 138th consecutive day, leaving so far 39 people killed, more than 200 injured, dozens detained, nearly 22,000 displaced from the camp and its surroundings, and dozens of homes destroyed or blown up.
