NABLUS, June 2, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian teen on Monday evening sustained an injury from Israeli army gunfire in the Beit Furik town, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
The PRCS said that its crews provided first aid treatment to a 17-year-old teen who sustained an injury with live ammunition shot by Israeli forces in the course of confrontations in the town.
The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.
These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.
Under Israeli military law, army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.
