SALFIT, May 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupying forces on Tuesday ordered a halt to the construction of several structures in al-Baqaan and ash-Shayyab areas, north of Bruqin Town, west of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit, according to a local source.
Amin Sabra, Mayor of Bruqin, said that the occupation forces handed over eight military notices, ordering a halt to the construction of several houses belonging to seven villagers, in addition to a sheep barn belonging to another villager.
He added that this step came as part of the Israeli escalatory measures against the town, which has been the target of daily assaults by the occupation forces and colonists.
