AMMAN, March 2, 2025 (WAFA) – King Abdullah II of Jordan has emphasized the necessity of rebuilding Gaza without displacing its people and stabilizing the ceasefire in the region.
According to a statement from the Jordanian Royal Court, the King made these remarks during a phone call with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Saturday. The two leaders discussed the latest regional developments and international efforts to address the ongoing crisis.
King Abdullah II reiterated the importance of intensifying global humanitarian efforts in Gaza while preventing further displacement of its population.
He also warned against the escalating tensions in the West Bank and called for serious and effective political action to achieve a just and comprehensive peace.
