KUWAIT, Monday, July 8, 2024 (WAFA) - Kuwait has expressed its condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces’ bombing of a school belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Nuseirat camp in the Gaza Strip, which led to the killing of dozens of civilians.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry confirmed in a statement on Monday that the continued targeting of the agency’s headquarters by the Israeli occupation forces is considered blatant evidence of these forces’ disdain for the United Nations, and Security Council resolutions.
It renewed Kuwait's calls on the international community and the Security Council to oblige the Israeli occupation to stop the series of war crimes it is committing, and stressed the importance of holding the perpetrators of these crimes accountable and providing protection for the Palestinian people.
