RAMALLAH, Wednesday, June 26, 2024 (WAFA) – Palestine today denounced any external interference in the internal affairs of the State of Bolivia, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry stated in a press statement that it condemns any foreign interference into the domestic affairs of Bolivia and commended the efforts of the Bolivian government and people to stand by human rights everywhere, particularly in Palestine, since Bolivia has always remained at the forefront of defending the Palestinian people’s rights in the face of oppression, colonialism and occupation.

It added that it followed keenly the statement of the friendly state of Bolivia regarding the attempts of some states to interfere in its domestic affairs and undermine the stability and security of the friendly Bolivian people.

It renewed Palestine’s position calling for respecting the principle of sovereignty and non‐interference in the internal affairs of States, and reiterated its full solidarity with the Bolivian government’s legitimate aspirations for more stability and prosperity under a regional and international system that respects international law, the UN charter and peaceful coexistence among states.
