RAMALLAH, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 (WAFA) – Moderate autumn conditions are expected today in most districts of Palestine in the daytime with a rise in temperature, which remains a bit below the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Slightly to relatively cold conditions are expected in the nighttime and early morning hours. Light to moderate northwesterly wind blows and becomes active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 23°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 33°C and a low of 21°C while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Wednesday’s temperature is expected to further rise and become around the seasonal average, with mostly clear and moderate conditions in the mountains and relatively hot conditions in the Jordan Valley in the daytime. Slightly to relatively cold conditions are expected at night. Strong easterly wind will prevail during the morning and noon hours.
No change in temperature or weather conditions is expected on Thursday and Friday, said the PMD.
