RAMALLAH,
Monday, October 25, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is clear to partly cloudy and
moderate in most districts in daytime with a drop in temperature, which
approaches 2°C below the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian
Meteorological Department (PMD).
Slightly
to relatively cold conditions are expected in nighttime and early morning
hours. Light to moderate northerly to northwesterly wind blows, and becomes
active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature
in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 23°C
and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 22°C and a low of 14°C.
In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to
reach a high of 32°C and a low of 21°C while it is expected to reach a high of
26°C and a low of 18°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Tuesday’s
temperature is set to rise and becomes slightly unseasonably low, with no
significant change in the weather conditions.
Wednesday’s
temperature is set to further rise and become seasonal, with mostly clear and
moderate conditions in the mountains and relatively hot conditions in the
Jordan Valley in daytime. Slightly to relatively cold conditions are expected
in the night. Strong easterly wind will prevail during the morning and noon
hours.
A
further rise is expected in Thursday’s temperature, paving the way to partly
cloudy, dry and slightly to relatively cold conditions in the morning and night
hours. Moderate conditions in the mountains and relatively hot conditions in
the Jordan Valley are expected in daytime.
