GAZA, August 1, 2012 (WAFA) – A 22-year-old Palestinian was killed early Wednesday as a result of an explosion in his car in Tel al-Hawa area, south of Gaza City, according to local sources.
It identified the dead person as Ayman Shurafa, a member of Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.
Al-Qassam said Shurafa was killed in an explosion by mistake without giving any more details.
Two other people who where with him in the car were injured and taken to hospital for treatment.
