RAMALLAH, February 19, 2012 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is cold, cloudy and foggy with temperature below seasonal average at 5 degrees Celsius and active, southwesterly to westerly winds, according to the Palestine Weather Service.
Temperature on Monday is expected to slightly rise by 3 degrees yet remains below seasonal average with easterly to southeasterly winds and mid sea waves.
The Weather Service has warned of the possible formation of frost in mountainous areas, low horizontal visibility due to low clouds and mist.
