PSE: Al-Quds Index Decreases by 0.21%

NABLUS, January 31, 2010 (WAFA)- Palestine’s Securities Exchange said, today that AlQuds Index decreased, Sunday, by 0.21%, a decrease of 1.05 points, ending today’s session at 502.43 points.

 

Todayʹs trading volume reached 0.36 million shares, with a total trading value of $1.00 million, through 299 contracts. In general, 4 of the companies share prices increased, and the share prices of 10 companies decreased; while 6 remaining companies experienced no change in its share price (of a total of 20 traded companies) during today’s trading session.

 

Palestine telecommunications (PALTEL) experienced an increase of 0.19% , when it closed at JD5.40 at the end of the session. Trading volume for PALTEL reached 0.09 million shares, valued $0.67 million.

 

Palestine development and investment (PADICO) experienced a decrease, when it closed at $1.18 at the end of the session. Trading volume for PADICO reached 0.15 million shares, valued $0.17 million.
