Dozens, including a Woman, Arrested by IOF in West Bank
NABLUS, November 7, 2007, (WAFA)- Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested early Wednesday over twenty citizens in Nablus and Jenin of the West Bank.
In Nablus, Israeli soldiers arrested more than twenty citizens in the city refugee camp of Balata, witnesses said.
They told WAFA that more then thirty Israeli military vehicles broke into the camp, imposed a tight siege all around and conducted a house-to-house search campaign, arresting dozens of the citizens. They also dynamited the house of Hany al-Ka’aby due to which a grave damage was inflicted to the houses around.
In Jenin, IOF arrested two citizens in the city, Palestinian security sources said.
They added that Jum’a Abu Ghaly 58 and his son Ramzy 35 were arrested from the eastern neighborhood of the city by Israeli soldiers.
