Israel to Close Sofa Crossing in two Weeks Time
JERUSALEM, September 26, 2007, (WAFA)-Israeli Army decided Tuesday overnight to shut down completely Sofa crossing after couple of weeks.
Israeli military sources reported that Kerem Shalom crossing, near Rafah city, would be operated instead of Sofa crossing to cargo basic needs into Gaza Strip.
The sources added that the crossing would be enlarged to absorb more trucks and cars.
