RAMALLAH,-BEIT LAHIYA, September 26, 2007 (WAFA)-Israeli warplanes bombarded on Wednesday morning the Gaza Strip city of Beit Lahiya, witnesses said.

They added that an Israeli jet-fighter fired two missiles towards a group of citizens, north Al-Sheikh Zayed residential area, but no causalities were reported so far.

In the meantime, Israeli gunboats opened random fire towards citizens and property in Al-Waha area, west Beit Lahiya town, where heavy damage affected the area, but no injuries were reported.
