President Abbas Receives Greek Consul General in Jerusalem
RAMALLAH, June 7, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas received Thursday in Ramallah the Greek Consul General in Jerusalem Andreas Papastavrou.
During the meeting, President Abbas briefed Papastavrou on the latest developments in the Palestinian territory as well as the efforts made to push the peace process forward and to stop the Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people.
President Abbas stressed on the Palestinian-Greek ties and the importance of improving them for the good interest of both peoples.
