GAZA, September 11, 2005 (WAFA)- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Information Dr. Nabil Shaath called Sunday on the Palestinian people not to dash into the evacuated Israeli colonies following the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Gaza Strip.... Shaath said, during an interview with the Palestine TV, it is not a complete withdrawal, but, at the same time, evacuating Gaza is an important boosting step for the Palestinian people to continue their struggle to free the rest of the Palestinian land and establish their own independent state on the land occupied in 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital.... Asked about the Israeli decision to keep the Jewish synagogues, Shaath said "we respect all the religions, but keeping the synagogues in Gaza means keeping the hands of the colonizers on the Gaza Strip"....
