RAMALLAH, Wednesday, March 25, 2020 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas Wednesday sent a telegram to the German Chancellor Angela Merkel to check on her health condition after she contracted the novel coronavirus.
In his telegram to Merkel, President Abbas wished her a healthy and bountiful life as well as the German people lasting safety and prosperity.
Merkel has put herself under self-quarantine after learning that her doctor who had vaccinated her against pneumonia on Friday has tested positive for COVID-19.
