Road linking villages in south of West Bank demolished

HEBRON, Thursday, January 31, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli army bulldozers Thursday razed a road that was recently opened to link remote and isolated villages in the south of the West Bank, according to Rateb Jabour, of the Popular and National Anti-Settlements Committees.

He told WAFA that Israeli forces destroyed the road that was opened to connect Shaab al-Butom to Masafer Yatta villages in order to facilitate movement of local residents to their fields and homes in the area.

The villages are located in area C of the occupied West Bank, which is under full Israeli military control.
