RAMALLAH, September 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities have issued a new military order targeting lands belonging to the village of Deir Nidham, northwest of Ramallah.

The Colonization & Wall Resistance Commission (CWRC) said today that the military order, numbered 104/26, targets 94.79 dunums of the village’s land located in Basins 3 and 4, in the Wadi al-Hamata area.

The commission explained that the order calls for the removal of wild vegetation and the uprooting of olive trees in the targeted area, giving landowners a 12-hour deadline from the time of the inspection to carry out the removal work.

It added that the new order brings to five the number of military orders issued yesterday, Wednesday, targeting the removal of trees and vegetation from a total area of 533.598 dunums in the Jenin and Ramallah and al-Bireh governorates.

With this order, the number of military orders issued by the occupation authorities since the beginning of 2026 has risen to 53, targeting a total of 2,287.58 dunums, compared with 47 orders targeting 1,613 dunums throughout 2025.
