RAMALLAH, Wednesday, October 09, 2019 (WAFA) – Relatively hot to very hot conditions are expected to prevail today with a rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Mild to slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime. Wind is northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 28C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 25°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A slight drop in temperature is expected for Thursday and Friday but hot conditions remain to prevail.

Temperature is expected to rise on Saturday with relatively hot to very hot conditions.
